Refunds and Returns

We put the health and safety of our customers first. For these reasons and because of the possibility of compromise, we don't accept returns and we NEVER sell returned products.  All sales are final because of this.

Our masks are artisan crafted (hand cut and hand sewn).  We do have a strict quality control inspection in place; however, some masks may vary in size due to this and this is not considered a "defect" in the mask(s). 

If you feel you have a defective product, please contact us within 14 days to discuss.  If we do grant an exchange because of a defect in sewing, we will issue a credit on your account for an exchange. Due to safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Limited Edition Colors and/or prints cannot be cancelled or returned. 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team.
